Track your customers and reuse them in other modules.

Create a register of your potential clients or customers

Simply enter the name of the third party and the type of third party (potential client and/or client) to create it in the database. A unique customer reference code will be generated automatically according to your numbering rule.

Register any other data (e-mail, address, language, tags, …) for more complete and accurate management of your third-party database. If the predefined fields aren’t right for you, you can easily create all the attributes you need as custom fields, with the data type of your choice (string, quantity, date, combo list, checkbox, …).

Attach any notes or files to the client file.

If you have a lot of sales reps in your team, you can assign them to potential customers or dedicated customers, so that you can obtain statistics per sales rep (Sales, Margins, Events, etc.).

Merge third parties to remove duplicate records.

Create alternative contacts / addresses

If you wish, you can create one or several alternative addresses for each of your potential clients or customers (one registration/address for the director, another for his assistant, another for the delivery or legal service representative, etc.). Assign these contacts to any commercial document (commercial proposals, orders, invoices, etc.) so that the correct name is automatically filled in on all documents generated by the system (such as PDF documents).

Create and convert quotations, commercial proposals, sales orders, interventions, invoices, …

Create rich documents using a WYSIWYG editor. Reuse data such as predefined products and prices according to the modules/features you have enabled, such as Quotes or commercial proposals, Sales Orders, interventions, invoices, etc. Manage documents in dedicated menus or directly from the third-party register. Your prospects can be converted into customers automatically when a quote or commercial proposal is accepted.

Keep track of your potential and actual customers

List and filter your database based on any attribute, tag or status.

Send emails to your contacts directly from the system, using predefined email templates.

Reuse your potential customer or customer database to send bulk emails with the bulk emailing module.

Export the database with the export module and reuse it in qualified records with other external tools.

Find all the events related to your prospects and customers, such as proposal creation, invoice validation and many other events recorded automatically according to the settings defined in the Agenda module.
