MentorSiG enables and simplifies the management of invoices and payments from your customers and suppliers.

Issue your invoices

Easily manage your invoices(ordinary invoices, down payments, credit notes from your draft sheet or from the customer). Depending on the modules / resources you activate, you can generate invoices from your proposals(Proposal module), your orders (Order module), your contracts(Contract module) and/or your interventions ( Intervention module). If the Margin module is enabled, the margin can be calculated from the best supplier, the cost price or the average weight price of your products. You’ll get margin statistics by product, customer, date, etc.
Include predefined products to save you time or enter the full content manually.
If the predefined fields don’t meet your requirements, you can add your own fields of any type (string, value, date, checkbox, combo list, etc.) to the invoice form.
Your invoices can also be generated automatically using recurring template invoices. This makes the process more efficient and very productive.
Your invoice document (PDF, ODT, etc.) is generated and updated automatically.

Send your invoice by e-mail directly from the system to the recipients. Use predefined email templates so that the content of the email is filled in automatically.

You can also generate SEPA direct debit files for automatic bank payments in batches and by following the integration steps specific to your bank. Practically speaking, you can close your invoice by automatically changing it to “paid” status as soon as the bank has processed your SEPA file.
You can provide your customer with an online payment link using Paypal, Stripe (credit card…), Paybox, etc.

You can reuse the payment on another invoice to reduce the amount to pay or reuse a credit note on another invoice to reduce the remaining amount to pay.

Possibility to list and view all your orders. You can define what information you want to see in the listings, filtering and sorting based on any criteria.
With the batch feature, you will be reminded of all your unpaid invoices.
